	Issues and challenges of providing public lands as a part of the financing package for PPP projects. The session considered how government can formulate a general policy toward capturing for public benefit the value of the land that it owns, and the interplay with managing the many controversial aspects of expropriation. What needs to be done to move forward? What constraints does the current urban land market place on financing strategies? What are market prospects for these transactions to resume in India?
